Character is the first aspect of the relationship between You and the World and enables authentic influence beyond your immediate relationships and existing network.
Your character and conduct is not something you discover, acquire or plan for. You can start with living it today. What would be your conduct today? Your actions – no matter how small – are already making impact and leaving tracks. Today, if you use it to choose your conduct deliberately, could be your biggest opportunity. Use it well.

Your character shapes your personal reputation in the wider community and on your market. Can you be trusted? Do you have integrity? Do you deliver?
Your character is determined by your conduct: your day-to-day actions as seen by others. You can master your passion and talent, build a strong knowledge base and network of relationships, but if you send out the wrong or inconsistent message through your conduct, you will still find few resources and opportunities are attracted to you.

Purpose is the second aspect of the relationship between You and the World and gives meaning and fulfillment to your work and life. It is expressed by your contribution.
Your purpose is the “Why” behind what you do and how you do it. The greater your purpose is and the more people it impacts, the greater your influence and the attraction you create. Living on purpose leaves lasting contribution behind and a legacy that can live beyond you, your business and your life.
Expressed often as a direction and captured in your vision for the world—your world— your purpose calls you forth and renders success not only meaningful but also sustainable and ever expanding. Purpose is not discovered but chosen. It requires you to make a fundamental choice on what you want to make your life about – about what you want to live for, or even what you are willing to die for.
Your purpose amplifies everything you do and puts your self-image, actions, relationships, and resources into a larger, deeper and more powerful context.
Your purpose may be a grand idea, yet it is lived daily. The fact is, you are already doing this. You are already contributing something every day. Your purpose provides an opportunity to live a life that matters – for you and for the others that you touch.
